South Londonderry township municipal authorityThe Township's Wastewater Department is responsible for the Township's four wastewater facilities and nine pumping stations. Two wastewater treatment facility plants are located in the Campbelltown area, one plant is located in Lawn and the fourth plant is located in Colebrook. Employees also maintain the Timber Hills wastewater collection system. Employees are responsible for the general maintenance of the plants and ensuring that operations meet federal and state standards. These employees also inspect any new hookups to the township's sewer lines to make sure they are in compliance with regulations.

For accounts starting with 2 or 6 Bills are assessed at a flat rate of $215/ quarter and mailed on the 1st of March, June, September, December and due at the end of that month. Mt. Gretna Residents For accounts starting with 1 Bills are assessed at a flat rate of $190/quarter billed on an annual basis and mailed on March 1st and due by the June 30th each year to avoid penalties and late fees. Penalties: 10% applied after due date. Payments can be made as follows: Mail to: South Londonderry Township 27 W Market St Palmyra, PA 17078 Please include sewer account number with your payment. These fees should be pro-rated and it is the responsibility of the settlement company to collect any fees owed on the account. Once the settlement company sends us the form that's mentioned above, the account will then be put into the new owner's name. The new / old owner does not need to contact the office unless there is a billing error. Delinquent Accounts: Past Due reminders are mailed out after the due date. If payment is not received within the allotted time frame, a certified letter is mailed out informing of the intent to either enter a lien or water termination (for residents serviced with public water). The Authority has enacted Resolution 01-2017 which outlines the collection process, interest, claims for delinquent accounts etc. Click here for full details.
